  • Implementing a technological solution to meet business needs.
  • Analyzing and determining security threats.
  • Providing advice on technology best practices.
  • Collaborating with technical in-house team to ensure familiarity with technology.
  • Training staff how to use the new IT system.
  • Monitoring success of the IT solution (computer systems and networks).
  • Producing detailed reports on the efficacy of the technology.
  • Recognizing requirements and scope of the business from the client.
  • Liaising with software engineers and IT support members.
  • Analyzing potential issues and presenting written or oral solutions.
  • Communicating in writing to understand the work that needs to be done.
  • Willing to travel across the country or even overseas.
